Prime Epsom Salt is pure, unscented magnesium sulphate used for centuries as a natural remedy and beauty aid. When dissolved in warm water it helps relieve muscle aches, reduce swelling, soften skin, and promote relaxation. Widely used for soothing baths, foot soaks, muscle recovery after sports, constipation relief (when taken orally in small doses), and as a gardening fertiliser.
