Reparil Gel N 40g is a clear, cooling gel combining natural aescin (from horse chestnut) to reduce swelling, improve microcirculation, and strengthen capillaries with diethylamine salicylate (a NSAID-like agent) for rapid pain relief and anti-inflammatory action. It quickly penetrates the skin to treat: Bruises, contusions, and hematomas (even under plasters) Sprains, strains, and sports injuries Superficial phlebitis, varicose veins, and leg heaviness Back pain, tendonitis, and joint effusions The non-greasy, water-based gel provides an instant cooling effect and can be used with compression or under occlusive dressings. Visible reduction in swelling and bruising within hours. Manufactured by Madaus (Germany) or licensed partner; store below 25°C.
