Roxonin 60 mg Tablets 20's contain loxoprofen sodium hydrate 68.1 mg (equivalent to 60 mg anhydrous loxoprofen), a phenylpropionic acid NSAID that is rapidly converted to its active trans-alcohol metabolite after absorption.
