Scopinal Syrup 100mL contains hyoscine-N-butylbromide 5 mg per 5 mL – a quaternary ammonium antimuscarinic that directly relaxes smooth muscle in the gastrointestinal, biliary, and genitourinary tracts. Pleasant strawberry flavour, sugar-free, and includes a measuring cup. Indicated for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), infant colic, menstrual cramps, renal/biliary colic, and spasmodic abdominal pain.
