Sideral Forte Capsules contain Sucrosomial® Iron (iron pyrophosphate encapsulated in a phospholipid membrane) delivering 30 mg elemental iron per capsule, plus Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) to enhance absorption and support immune function. The innovative liposomal technology protects iron from gastric acid degradation and allows direct intestinal uptake, providing high bioavailability comparable to intravenous iron but in oral form. Indicated for treatment and prevention of iron deficiency anaemia, especially in cases of poor tolerance to standard iron salts (e.g., constipation, nausea), pregnancy, heavy menstruation, or chronic conditions (CKD, IBD). Clinically proven to raise haemoglobin and ferritin levels effectively with excellent gastrointestinal tolerance.
