SiderAL® uses patented Sucrosomial® technology that encapsulates iron in a phospholipid and sucrose ester membrane, allowing it to pass intact through the stomach and be absorbed directly in the intestine. This results in up to 4× higher bioavailability than traditional iron salts, with virtually no side effects (no nausea, constipation, or black stools). Clinically proven to effectively raise hemoglobin and ferritin levels in iron-deficiency anemia, pregnancy, heavy periods, athletes, and post-bariatric patients.
