Snafi 20 mg Tablets contain tadalafil, a selective PDE5 inhibitor that enhances nitric oxide action in the corpus cavernosum, increasing blood flow during sexual stimulation for improved erectile function. Indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men, providing up to 36 hours of responsiveness (the "weekend pill"). It does not cause erections without arousal and is effective in diabetic and post-prostatectomy patients. Rapid onset within 30 minutes and sustained duration without accumulation. Not for pulmonary hypertension in this strength.
