Solo Soft Care Plus is a medical-grade emollient lotion specially formulated for very dry, rough, flaky or atopic skin. The 5% urea gently exfoliates dead skin cells while drawing moisture deep into the skin, and panthenol + vitamin E calm redness and support healing.
