Teleact 40 mg is a highly effective ARB that selectively blocks AT1 receptors, causing blood vessels to relax and blood pressure to fall. It is indicated for essential hypertension in adults and for cardiovascular risk reduction (heart attack & stroke prevention) in high-risk patients aged 55+ who cannot take ACE inhibitors.
