Telfast-D combines fexofenadine (second-generation antihistamine) with pseudoephedrine (sympathomimetic decongestant) in a bilayer tablet: immediate-release antihistamine layer + 12-hour extended-release decongestant layer. Effectively relieves sneezing, runny/itchy nose, itchy eyes, and blocked nose/sinus pressure caused by hayfever or other upper respiratory allergies when congestion is prominent.
