Telfast 180mg Tablets 30s is a powerful, non-sedating antihistamine that provides complete 24-hour relief from symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) such as sneezing, runny/itchy nose, itchy palate, and red, itchy, watery eyes. It is also highly effective for chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives) – dramatically reducing itching and the number/size of wheals. Fexofenadine selectively blocks peripheral H1 receptors with almost no brain penetration, so it causes virtually no drowsiness (incidence similar to placebo). Onset within 1 hour, peak effect 2–3 hours. No interaction with fruit juices or food. Manufactured by Sanofi; store below 25°C.
