Vominore Tablets contain meclizine, a piperazine derivative antihistamine with central anticholinergic and antiemetic properties that acts on the vestibular system and chemoreceptor trigger zone in the brain. It is indicated for the prevention and treatment of motion sickness (nausea, vomiting, dizziness from cars, boats, planes), vertigo associated with Meniere's disease, and labyrinthitis. Provides onset within 1 hour and lasts 8–24 hours. May cause mild drowsiness, making it suitable for travel but not for activities requiring alertness.
