Xpel Syrup 120mL contains ambroxol hydrochloride 15 mg per 5 mL, a potent mucolytic agent that increases surfactant production in the lungs, reduces mucus viscosity, and stimulates ciliary activity to clear airways. It is indicated for acute and chronic bronchopulmonary conditions with excessive viscous mucus, such as bronchitis, COPD exacerbations, bronchial asthma, and cystic fibrosis. The clear, raspberry-flavoured syrup is sugar-free, alcohol-free, and provides rapid liquefaction of phlegm for productive cough relief. Well tolerated with minimal side effects.
