Zynovate 0.1% Cream contains mometasone furoate, a highly potent synthetic corticosteroid with strong anti-inflammatory, anti-pruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties. Indicated for short-term treatment of steroid-responsive dermatoses including atopic dermatitis, psoriasis (excluding widespread plaque), allergic contact dermatitis, and other inflammatory skin conditions. The creamy base provides good hydration and is suitable for dry or weeping lesions. Offers rapid relief from redness, swelling, and itching while minimising atrophy risk compared to some other potent steroids when used correctly.
