This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through our official website www.medononline.com and our Android and iOS mobile applications.

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates through our network of branch pharmacies. Serviceability and speed depend on your distance from the nearest branch.

• Express delivery — as fast as 30 minutes for orders within an express zone, subject to stock and rider availability.
• Same-day / next-day — for standard zones, based on your distance from the nearest branch and the time you order.
• Delivery hours follow each branch’s operating schedule; orders placed after hours are processed at the start of the next working window.
• Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are indicative and may vary with traffic, weather, public holidays and order volume.
• Prescription orders may require a short additional window for pharmacist verification before dispatch.

• Free delivery applies to orders that meet the minimum order value shown at checkout.
• For orders below the free-delivery threshold, a small delivery fee applies and is displayed clearly at checkout before you pay — no hidden charges.
• Any applicable fees, taxes, or surcharges are itemised in your order summary.
• Where Cash on Delivery is available, it will be offered as a payment option at checkout for eligible orders.

Every order is trackable in real time — from the moment you check out to the knock on your door.

Some products need extra care in line with UAE Ministry of Health (MOHAP) regulations:

• Prescription medicines require a valid prescription and pharmacist verification before dispatch, which may add a short processing window.
• Temperature-sensitive & cold-chain items are packed with appropriate insulated/cold packaging to preserve their integrity in transit.
• Our riders are instructed to handle these orders with priority and care to maintain product safety.

• Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order at the chosen time.
• If our rider cannot reach you, they will attempt to contact you by phone before returning the order to the branch.
• We will coordinate a re-delivery at a convenient time. Repeated failed attempts due to incorrect details may require you to reschedule via support.
• For prescription or temperature-sensitive items, undelivered orders are returned to the pharmacy to preserve safety and quality.
